Soiltest with Methylenblue

Methylenblue

Information:
The coloring material blue is adsorbed by soil. The soil e.g. filters many thing impurities in the water. But not all. Larger particles remain putting in „the soil pores “simply. One calls this also mechanical cleaning. Solved materials can be adsorbed by soil particles, be more or less strongly bound thus. Due to this characteristic of the soil can be held back contaminating for example by water simply in the soil. This expiration depends however on different factors: Size and kind of the absorbing surface Soil type Speed of the water movement Through blue we demonstrate the adsorption effect of the soil type

Meaning of adsorbtion:
Accumulation of gases, steams or solved materials to firm body. The larger the surface of the firm body is, the more largely is not those does not confound with the Absorbtion: Absorbtion means the connection of gases or humidity by liquids or firm of materials.

Attempt:
Material Absorbtion:

Different soil samples (1-5)
Test tube stand
Test tubes Funnel
Filter paper
distilled water
Pipette
Methylenblau-Lösung

Execution:
We gave to a beaker distilled water and added with the pipette some drops to Metyhlenblue- solution. Afterwards we put into a funnel filter paper and with the soil-rehearses 1 filled. Subsequently, we poured the diluted blue solution blue solution over the soil sample and the filtrate flowed into a test tube. We repeated this procedure with all soil samples.
Result: See table

JaDe hat gesagt…

Also, es kann ja nicht so ganz sein, dass hier nur eine Tabelle steht, ohne auch nur einen Hauch von Erklärung!
Aber die Tabelle ist wirklich sehr schön und sachlich beschrieben! Respekt!
